Wisconsin Spine Center is conveniently located in Sheboygan, just a quarter mile west of St. Nicholas Hospital on Superior Avenue. Our office is directly across from Child’s Play Daycare and we share a driveway with Bloom Dental—an easy landmark to help you find us.

Parking and Entrance Information

For your convenience, patient parking is located behind our building. When you arrive for your appointment, please park in the rear lot and enter through the back entrance. Once inside, walk toward the front of the building—our friendly reception team will be there to welcome you and assist with your check-in process.
