Meet Dr. Timothy Kroneck

Dr. Kroneck brings a rare combination of professional expertise and personal insight to every patient he serves at the Wisconsin Spine Center. Having struggled with debilitating headaches since childhood and severe back pain as a teenager and young adult, he understands firsthand the frustration of searching for relief without success. These personal experiences inspired him to become a different kind of chiropractor—one who truly listens, investigates thoroughly, and blends advanced clinical knowledge with genuine compassion.
Advanced Education and Specialized Training
After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1998, Dr. Kroneck went on to earn advanced certification as a board-certified chiropractic neurologist—a distinction held by less than 1% of chiropractors worldwide. This rigorous two-year program provided in-depth training in the nervous system and its critical role in pain, movement, and dysfunction. With this specialized expertise, Dr. Kroneck is able to identify subtle neurological factors that are often missed in traditional chiropractic or medical evaluations.
A Philosophy of Adaptive Care
Dr. Kroneck believes that truly effective healthcare must be both adaptive and personalized. “If something isn’t working after a reasonable amount of time, we should try something different,” he explains. This refreshing approach stands in contrast to what many patients have experienced—practitioners who repeat the same treatment over and over despite little or no improvement. Instead, Dr. Kroneck takes a dynamic approach, continually evaluating each patient’s progress and adjusting care to deliver the best possible results.

While Dr. Kroneck welcomes adult patients of all ages, he finds particular fulfillment in helping seniors and those with chronic conditions who have tried everything else without success. His special interest in complex disc problems, failed back surgery cases, and chronic pain is rooted in both his advanced neurological training and his own personal health journey. By using a gentle, low-force approach that incorporates a variety of therapies, Dr. Kroneck makes chiropractic care accessible—even for those who’ve been hesitant to try it in the past.
Beyond the Office
Dr. Kroneck has been married to his wife, Noelle—whom he affectionately calls his “Hottie”—since 1997. Together, they have two adult children—a daughter who is a dentist and a son who is a pilot. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and taking long walks.
His Christian faith has been a guiding force through life’s challenges and continues to inspire the compassion and care he brings to his patients every day.
