New Patients at Wisconsin Spine Center

Your First Visit Experience
At the Wisconsin Spine Center, we’ve designed a thorough new patient process to ensure we fully understand your condition before recommending any treatment. Your first visit typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, giving Dr. Kroneck ample time for an in-depth consultation, a comprehensive examination, and any necessary X-rays.
Many of our patients say they’ve never received such a detailed evaluation—even from medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, or other chiropractors. This careful, personalized approach allows us to pinpoint the true source of your discomfort and determine whether our unique approach is the right fit for you.
NEW PATIENT FORMS
What to Bring and Expect
To make the most of your time with Dr. Kroneck, we recommend arriving with your paperwork completed in advance. Please bring any recent MRIs, CT scans, or relevant medical reports related to your condition. For your examination, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

Your Consultation with Dr. Kroneck
Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation, during which Dr. Kroneck asks detailed questions about your health history, current symptoms, and previous treatments. Many patients remark that he asks questions no other provider has ever explored, helping to uncover underlying factors that may have been overlooked. This in-depth conversation provides Dr. Kroneck with a comprehensive understanding of your health—beyond just your immediate symptoms—leading to a more personalized and effective treatment plan.
Our Thorough Examination Process
Following your consultation, Dr. Kroneck will conduct a 30 to 60-minute examination, which includes:
- Range of motion assessment and palpation
- Muscle strength and neurological testing
- Orthopedic evaluations
- Specific tests tailored to your unique symptoms
- On-site X-rays when necessary
Throughout this process, Dr. Kroneck looks for key indicators that suggest your condition is likely to respond to our unique approach. This thorough examination not only helps us arrive at a precise diagnosis but also allows us to design the most effective treatment plan for your needs.
Your Report of Findings
After your initial visit, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment known as the “Report of Findings.” During this 30 to 45-minute session, Dr. Kroneck will review the findings from your examination, discuss any imaging results, and provide an honest assessment of whether our care can help you.
If treatment is recommended, we’ll present a personalized care plan tailored to your condition and discuss financial aspects, including insurance coverage. At the Wisconsin Spine Center, we believe in complete transparency—if we don’t believe we can help, we’ll be upfront with you and suggest alternative treatment options.
